ABOUT  

My name is Rose, I qualified as a level 3 Personal Trainer over 10 years ago and have been teaching in the fitness industry in both gyms and with my own classes teaching Bootcamps, kettlebells, pre/postnal classes and Yoga. In 2024 I completed a year long in depth 200hr Hatha Yoga Teacher Training with Freedom Yoga. 

I am a wife and mum of 3 children and life is busy. Yoga, fitness and wellbeing is a huge priority in my life and I love to share that with others. We live in a fast paced world and mental health problems are on the rise, its never been more important to care for the mind and body.

Wellbeing is about nourishing the body inside out, both physically and mentally. When someone feels good on the inside, it radiates out of them like a warm glow. I believe in holistic wellness which caters to both body and mind, to help achieve balance and harmony in your life. I'm really interested in working with trauma, anxiety and stress and using yoga as a tool to help in these areas of mental health.
