August Nourish in Nature

Set in a beautiful meadow on the Norfolk/suffolk boarder we hold our annual womens retreat. This year we take a dive into ourselves to discover our inner wild woman, she brings power, she embraces the elements in both inner and outer worlds, she is fearless, but has a raw sensitivity to her. We cannot wait to bring these wild women together...out in the wild.

This is a camping event where you will need to bring your own tent or campervan. We dive into many therapeutic sessions connecting to eachother and also mother earth. We use the elemnts to guide us, Earth to ground, water to immerse, fresh air to breathe, fire to transform. We weave into our weekend retreats moments of crafting, drumming, singing, yoga, meditations, sauna sessions, cold water therapy, many sharing circles that brings tears and laughter.
