Brand new you

In yoga each practice is a brand new practice. Even if we were to do the same sequence every week, or every day, it would be a brand new version of ourselves that steps onto the mat each time. A version of you that has never experienced this exact present moment before. Noticing the subtle nuances that alter your state of mind, physical body, balance and energy. Every moment somethings shifts, even the slightest flutter brings a new you. So with that in mind every practise is a brand new practise. Seeing ourselves through this lense allows us to let go of comparisons. It allows us to accept what and who we are in this current moment. This concept can be true for all elements in our lives...not just on the mat.
